bob meyer, born and bred in south london, is a singer songwriter and self-taught guitar player with an unusual style… he’s left-handed, but plays a right-handed guitar upside down…
after hearing a live recording and going along to see him play, we decided to record him in the studio and this is the result… it was recorded in a few hours on a sunny afternoon in july at the chocolate box in wood green and most of the tracks are first takes with no overdubs... to quote bob “it’s a very intimate and personal album, recorded straight, with no sound effects...”
